With experience in properties development, Demec decided to establish a construction entity to overlook, procure and subcontract the development process, these entities started off working solely for the group, soon enough they started to supply and serve the public.

 

For construction, we provide a comprehensive range of services, from design and build, civil works to general construction for residential, industrial, commercial and institutional buildings as well as infrastructural works.

 

In addition, we engage in residential property development through joint ventures. Headquartered in Maldives, we look overseas operations in future.

 

Scope of Construction Services

The construction business of the group is carried out by our project team. It is proficient team that provides building construction services in Maldives.  Also the company act as the management or main contractor in construction projects for both private and public sectors.

 

The company is capable of undertaking following types of projects:

• Residential projects such as  apartment buildings, landed housing,  condominiums, and public housing

• Commercial projects such as office buildings, hotels and shopping centres

• Institutional projects such as schools, tertiary institutions, community buildings, hospitals and mosques

• Industrial projects such as factories and warehouses

 

Construction projects cover new construction, additions and alterations of existing buildings, refurbishment and upgrading of existing buildings
