Demec Holdings Pvt Ltd (DEMEC) is a privately held, leading investment holding company based in Male’, the Capital of Maldives. Demec Holdings has established a history in the development and construction of multipurpose buildings. Acting as the major stakeholder in all of our enterprises, our main goal is investing in diversified sectors such as development & constructions of residential and commercial buildings, financial service, renewable energy, exports, general trading & distributions, travel & tourism, fisheries & agriculture and telecommunications.

Led by board of directors, DEMEC utilizes the experience and expertise of a small team of multi-disciplined professionals – all experts in their field – to monitor and operate the interests of the company.
